Kultour Z. GmbH is a wholly owned subsidiary of the City of Zwickau and manages the Sparkassen-Arena Zwickau, the "Neue Welt" concert and ballroom, and the open-air stage, as well as overseeing trade fairs, markets, and tourism.

Shaping Culture Together for Zwickau
Kultur, Tourismus und Messebetriebe Zwickau GmbH (Kultour Z.), which was established as a wholly owned municipal subsidiary by a city council resolution on April 29, 1999, began operations in June 1999.
In addition to the event venues Sparkassen-Arena Zwickau, the "Neue Welt" concert and ballroom, and the open-air stage, Kultour Z. also operates the Tourist Information office with several ticket shops, the Market Department responsible for the marketing and leasing of public spaces, and, since April 2017, the Trade Fairs and Exhibitions division. In September 2017, the subsidiary Puppentheater Zwickau gGmbH was also incorporated into Kultour Z. GmbH.
Kultour Z. GmbH thus offers a diverse cultural program in and for Zwickau.
