This tour takes you on a journey through the city’s history from the Middle Ages to the present day. Accompanied by our guide, you will visit the most important historical sites and landmarks in Zwickau’s Old Town. Passing St. Mary’s Cathedral, you will reach the Priests’ Houses. These buildings house the Museum of City and Cultural History and are documented as being among the oldest surviving residential complexes in Germany. Our guided tour will give you a sense of medieval domestic culture and way of life, offering a vivid glimpse into the past of our ancestors all the way back to the 12th century.
